Job Responsibilities:
*Prepare employment contracts and contract amendments for Danish employees.
*Maintain and update employee data.
*Prepare salaries, including related bookkeeping and balance reconciliation between Payroll and Accounts.
*Administer and apply for reimbursements (e.g., maternity and sickness) and provide related guidance.
*Handle holiday registration and payments.
*Manage pension registration.
*Compile external statistics.
*Process private outlays and expenses.
*Oversee and coordinate office-related tasks.
*Manage E-boks and Tax account records.
*Danish VAT reporting and related compliance.
*Complete various ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
*Speaks and understands Danish and English, with strong communication skills.
*Experience with payroll systems (DAT uses Navision for its Payroll and other accounting needs).
*Relevant higher education qualification.
